School uniforms play a vital role in defining school life. Many educational instutions have started buying school uniforms online as they are reliable and affordable. Here are some of the most popular school uniform patterns that are used in Indian schools:

1. Solid Light Dress Shirt with Dark Shorts/Skirt/Trousers

The solid light blue or white dress shirt is worn with contrasting dark shorts for boys or a knee-length skirt for girls. It is one of the most common uniform styles in India. The shorts/skirts are often either blue, red or black. Long trousers are usually worn instead of shorts once boys graduate to high school. It is typically worn with a tie and belt.

• Checked Dress Shirt with Solid Shorts/Skirt/Trousers

Checked shirts are also becoming increasingly popular across the country. These checked shirts may be blue, brown or maroon. The checked patterns range from plaid to tartan and gingham.

• Solid Shirt with Checked Shorts/Skirt/Pinafore/Trousers

In this style, a solid light shirt, generally blue or white, is paired with contrast darker-coloured checked shorts/trousers or a skirt/pinafore. It may also be accompanied by a tie and belt.

• Solid Blazer with White Dress Shirt and Checked Skirt/Trousers

This style is considered the most formal of all school uniforms. In it, a solid light-coloured dress shirt is commonly paired with dark-coloured checked trousers/skirt and a solid dark blazer. It is generally worn by children in high school.

• Pique Polo T-shirt with Contrast Collar and Blue Skirt/Trousers

This style is more casual than the ones mentioned above. It is often worn as a house/sports uniform. In it, a bright or light-coloured solid polo T-shirt with a contrast white collar is paired with dark-coloured solid trousers/skirt.
